50 Degrees to 15 Inches of Snow
1/25/2018 Hello Bloggers! My name is Kristen Brown and I am a college student residing in Sioux City, Iowa. I've opened this blog for one of my literature classes that focuses on nature. And what a time to bring up nature. Five days ago, here in Northwest Iowa, on Saturday, it was fifty degrees. I walked outside with no more than a thin sweatshirt and some jeans. It was a good day- not just because it was a Saturday but because it was the first time since before New Years, it wasn't freezing, negative degree weather. I mean that honestly. For New Years, my boyfriend and I took a trip to a city north of us called Sioux Falls. It was our big romantic, single night getaway. While it did turn out to be everything I hoped, the snowfall became dangerous and the chill dropped to negative fourteen. We were out in it, nonetheless. I was sick for days afterwards.
